Appraisal Guidelines is one CD of a 21 CD collection that provides pertinent information for experienced and new directors. Directors Training on Appraisal Guidelines is a Power Point presentation that reviews the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines issued in December 2010. The new guidelines update and replace existing supervisory guidance concerning appraisals and evaluations. This program focuses on the regulatory agencies’ expectations for an institution’s appraisal and evaluation program to conduct real estate lending in a safe and sound manner.
