The USA PATRIOT Act provides, through Sections 314(a) and 314(b), mechanisms under which banks share information with each other or law enforcement agencies in an effort to deter money laundering and terrorist activity.  This course will provide you with an overview of the mandatory and voluntary information sharing provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
