ICBA will be offering a free conference call for those community banks that own collateralized debt obligations backed up by trust preferred securities or "TruPS CDOs" concerning the applicability of the final Volcker Rule to those investments. This call will cover the most recent agency release and how the final Volcker Rule will impact your investments. The banking agencies have indicated that any regulatory action in January 2014 that occur before the issuance of December 31, 2013 financial reports should be considered when preparing those financial reports.
