The Department of Justice (“DOJ”), and various bank regulators, have raised the bar on expectations for bankers in their relationships with third-party payment processors, money service businesses, as well as a litany of other high-risk businesses. These heightened requirements are coming at a time when ACH and other processing is a growing aspect of bank operations. Bankers must understand these new requirements as our payment system becomes more electronic. This webinar will address the interaction of bank and customer compliance management systems (“CMS”). Moreover, regulatory expectations for critical vendors continue to expand. The webinar will cover the evolution of CMS to meet those expectations, key considerations for vendor arrangements, and how banks are converting these new compliance burdens into increased profits.
