Fundamental HMDA changes are fast-approaching and will require all HMDA-reporting banks to modify internal data collection and reporting policies and procedures. Designed for compliance staff, this webinar will provide an overview of the new HMDA submission tool and data collection process that financial institutions will use to submit HMDA data beginning in 2018. Presenters from the CFPB will provide a live demonstration of the HMDA Platform and discuss other tools that will assist with HMDA filing. Participants will view the new web application for uploading HMDA data files. Plus, participants will hear how banks will receive feedback on file format, syntax, and validity edits and how they can approve of the conditions in quality and macro edits.
