The ICBA Federal Delegate Board (FDB) evaluates and address federal legislation, regulations, court rulings, tax, agriculture/rural and lending issues and recommends legislative and regulatory policy positions to the ICBA Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The candidate elected to the FDB will serve as a liaison between ICBA and community banks in your state or district. ICBA will hold an election for the Federal Delegate Board on October 1, 2025.

To endorse a nominee for the ICBA Federal Delegate Board election so that they may become an official candidate and appear on the ballot, please complete the brief form below. Be sure to provide your name, contact information and the name of the banker that you support. The deadline to submit your endorsement is September 21, 2025.
