The Coronavirus pandemic is not only changing the way we live, it is rapidly changing the way we work. This hour-long session builds upon the webinar presented on March 25th by ICBA, “Coronavirus in the Workplace.” This session will provide current, up-to-date information on how to legally manage your workforce while maintaining the health and safety of your workforce, how to avoid legal pitfalls associated with work-from-home arrangements and other common responses to the pandemic, and prepare for what is likely to come. Topics include an overview of the most recent state and federal mandates, leave and disability implications, wage and hour issues, and key considerations with furloughs and reductions-in-force. And, of course, plenty of time to ask your pressing questions!
This webinar is free to all ICBA community banks and will be audio only. Event registration is limited 900 participants.
